40 <br /> 40 <br /> 4. <br /> attorney to maintain an action for the recovery upon any such bonds, <br /> the terms of Which have been violated in any particular. <br /> Section 27: The city council of the city of Everett shall <br /> have full authority and power to declare any license forfeited for <br /> the violation of any of the terms upon which it is granted, even <br /> though the party so offending has not bean convicted in any court for <br /> the violation of any of the terms of such license. <br /> Section 28: If there is a change of officers or stockhold- <br /> ere in any corporation holding a license under this ordinance, such <br /> corporation shall within ten days after such change file with the <br /> city clerk a complete list of its stockholders and officers. The city <br /> council may cancel the license of any corporation fog failure to <br /> file such list within the time required herein. If at any time dur- <br /> ing the existance of a license any officer or stockholder of suchX° <br /> corporation is within any of the prohibited classes mentioned in <br /> Section 5 of this ordinance, the council may cancel the license of <br /> such corporation. <br /> Section 29: No license for the sale of intoxicating liquor <br /> shall be granted for any street corner on Hewitt Avenue between <br /> Hoyt and Rockefeller Avenues, or on the corner of Broadway and <br /> Hewitt Avenue, nor shall any license ever be granted for the sale of <br /> any intoxicating liquors in any basement or any other room other <br /> than on the first or ground floor of any building in the city of <br /> Everett; provided, however, that the city council may, in its dis- <br /> cretion grant license for the sale of intoxicating liquors in first <br /> class restaurants and cafe' s in basements. <br /> Section 30: Any person violating any of the provisions of <br /> this ordinance, shall,upon conviction thereof,be puhished for the <br /> first offense by a fine of )Lot less than seventy-five ($75.00) dol- <br /> lars , or by imprisonment for not less than twenty-five (25) days,and <br /> if the holder of any liquor license or any of his employees is con- <br /> victed of violating any of the provisions of this ordinance, in <br /> addition to the fine or imprisonment, the court shall make an order <br />
