6th: By substituting the following section for Section 28: <br /> "If there is a change of officers or stockholders in any corpora- <br /> tion holding a license under this ordinance, such corporation shall <br /> within ten days after such change file with the city clerk a com- <br /> plete list of its stockholders ar.d officers. The city council may <br /> cancel the license of any corporation for failure to file such list <br /> within the time required herein. If at any time during the existan- <br /> ce of a license any officer or stockholder, or stockholders of such <br /> corporation are within any of the prohibited classes mentioned in <br /> Section 5 of this ordinance, the council may cancel the license of <br /> such corporation. <br /> 7th: By making Section 28 as it now exists Section 29; <br /> by making Section 29 as it now exists Section 30; by making Section <br /> 30 as it now exists Section 31. <br />
