• <br /> respects to the applications required to be filed by a person desir- <br /> ing to secure license, as provided in this ordinance. The annual <br /> license fee for such license shall be tan (>10) dollars per year, <br /> and if such application is approved by the city council a yyl``icense <br /> shall be issued to said applicant upon payment of said fee',`and upon <br /> filing a surety bond in the sum of One Hundred (` 100) Dollars, con- <br /> ditioned that he will faithfully comply with the provisions of this <br /> ordinance. , <br /> Section 9: Any licensed liquor dealer of the city of <br /> Everett who desires to change his place of business from one location <br /> to anther,shali file his application therefor with the city clerk of <br /> the city of Aver. ett,and thereupon notice of such application or trans— <br /> fer shall be given and the same proceedings had thereon as in the case <br /> of the granting of the original license. <br /> Section 10: No intoxicating liquors shall be sold or in any <br /> manner disposed of in the city of Everett between the hours of 12 <br /> o 'clock midnight Saturday and 7 o'clock A. I. on the following Monday, <br /> nor between the hours of 12 o 'clock midnight and 7 o'clock A.A . on <br /> other days of the week, nor during the voting hours of any city, <br /> county, state or national election day, and it shall be unlawful for <br /> any licensed liquor dealer during said hours to keep open or unlock - <br /> ed any door or doors, passageway to any saloon or bar room, or to <br /> permit any person not the owner or employee therein to remain in or <br /> about the place where intoxicating liquor is sold or disposed of. <br /> Section 11: No licensed liquor dealer or persons having the <br /> management or control of a saloon or bar room, either as proprietor <br /> or employee thereof, shall, in such salocn or bar room, or room or <br /> place connected therewith by any door or other opening, or used in <br /> connection therewith, permit any breach of the peace,or disturbance <br /> of the pub4.ic order or decorum, or any noisy, riotous or disorderly <br /> conduct, or sell, or give, or permit to be sold or given any intoxi- <br /> cating liquor to any person already intoxicated,or to any person <br /> under the age of legal majority, or permit or allow any minors to be <br /> or remain in or about any saloon or bar room under his management, <br /> supervision or control. <br />
