Section 3: That the fl4 day of ( 1912, is <br /> hereby fixed as the date of issuance of the bonds required to be <br /> issued on account of this improvement. <br /> Section 4: Said bonds shall be sold by the city council <br /> and the city clerk shall publish a notice three times in the official <br /> newspaper calling for sealed bids for said bonds. The first publica <br /> tion of said notice shall be at least a week before the date fixed <br /> for the sale of said bonds.
