STANDARD LEASE <br />This Lease is made as of below, between the City of <br />Everett, a Washington municipal corporation (Landlord ), and the Tenant identified below in <br />the Basic Lease Provisions (Tenant ). <br />1. BASIC LEASE PROVISIONS. If the parties determine that a drawing of the Leased <br />Premises is necessary, it will also be included as part of Exhibit A. <br />Leased Premises Approximately 142 rentable square feet of commercial space comprised of <br />Suite #409 <br />Term Three (3) years, Commencing on June 1 0, 2026. <br />Extension Term The terms and conditions of Extension Term (s), if any, are provided in <br />Exhibit B.
