Mukilteo Blvd., Bldg. 100 <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />Services <br />Provided by <br />Landlord <br />Landlord will provide common utilities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), <br />garbage, janitorial, common area repairs and maintenance, building <br />insurance. Landlord to provide maintenance and repairs to structural <br />r <br />negligence. <br />Additional <br />Requirements <br />Regarding Signs <br /> , <br />also <br />provide a directory in the main lobby and directional signage at the <br />elevator directing visitors to the common suite entrance (as designated by <br />Tenant) and hallway signage. Landlord shall be responsible for paying <br />commissions to Lee & Associates pursuant to a separate listing <br />agreement. Landlord and Tenant warrant to one another that, <br />except for Lee & Associates, neither has engaged a broker in <br />connection with this Lease and agree to indemnify the other if a <br />claim for a fee or commission from any person other than Lee & <br />Associates arises in connection with this transaction as a result of <br />such indemnifying parties' activities.
