.111 <br /> -5- <br /> said city dock, so long as any obligations are outstanding against <br /> said fund, into the said city dock fund of Everett, Series No. I, <br /> fifty per cent of said revenues , and the city of Everett hereby <br /> absolutely and irrevocably pledges out of fifty per cent of the <br /> revenues from said city dock to pay the principal and interest of <br /> said bonds as aforesaid when and as the same shall become due. <br /> The city of Everett hereby further covenants and agrees <br /> with the holder of this bond, and each and every person who may <br /> become the holder hereof/punctually and faithfully to keep and per- <br /> form all of said duties , obligations and covenants as set forth <br /> in this bond, and in said ordinance. For the further assurance of <br /> the purchaser of this bond, and of each successive holder hereof, <br /> it is hereby found and declared that the same is issued in pursuance <br /> of ordinances number 1407 and - _ �� of the cite, of Everett, <br /> and the charter of said city; and it is further found and declared <br /> that all acts, things , elections , orders , ordinances , resolutions <br /> and conditions precedent to the right to issue and deliver this bond <br /> as prescribed by the said charter and ordinances of said city,have <br /> happened, existed, and• been done and performed prior to the issue <br /> hereof, and that this bond is a pledge and binding obligation upon <br /> 0 <br /> and against the city dock fund of Everett, Series number I , duly <br /> created and established as authorized by law and specified in said <br /> bond and ordinances of said city; and it is further found and declar <br /> ed that this bond or the issue thereof does not violate any condi- <br /> tion, provision or limitation contained in the constitution or <br /> laws of the state of Washington. <br /> I7 4aITNESS THEREOF the city of Everett has caused this <br /> bond to be signed by the mayor of said city, countersigned by the <br /> city treasurer, and attested by the city clerk, and has caused its <br /> corporate seal to be hereto affixed, and caused the coupons hereto <br /> attached to be signed by the lithograohed signatures of said offic- <br /> ers this • day of 1912. <br /> Everett, <br /> By :.ayor. <br /> City Treasuref. <br /> Attest: <br /> City Clerk.
