If this Amendment changes Base Rent, state the changes below. If <br /> nothing is entered below, then this Amendment does not change Base <br /> Rent. <br /> New Base Rent <br /> $5,062.50 + 12.84% Leasehold Tax ($650.03) for a total of$5,712.53 per <br /> month. <br /> Thereafter rent shall increase 3% every year beginning October 1, 2027. <br /> Provisions are amended as shown below, with underlined text added <br /> and strike-through deleted: <br /> Additional 1.
