interest due that day on bond No. of the bonds of local <br /> improvement fund, district No. of Everett, and not otherwise, <br /> provided, that this coupon is subject to all the terms and condi- <br /> tions in the bond to ztrhich it is annexed, and if said bond be called <br /> for payment before maturity hereof then this coupon shall be void. <br /> Mayor. <br /> Attest: <br /> Clerk'of rverett. <br /> Sec. 9 : BOND REGISTER: The city clerk shall kelp in <br /> his office a register of all bonds issued, in which he shall enter <br /> the local improvement district for which the same were issued, and <br /> the date, and amount, and number of each bond, and the term of <br /> payment. <br /> Sec . 10: LOCAL I PROVE T INT FUND: The ordinance providing <br /> for any improvement or the ordinance confirming any assessment roll <br /> shall create a special fund to be called local improvement fund <br /> district No. into which shall be placed all sums paid on <br /> account of such assessment, together with all interest and penalty <br /> thereon, and in the event of a sale of bonds by the city all <br /> premiums and accrued interest on bonds issued for such improvement. <br /> Out of such fund shall be paid the entire cost and expense of such <br /> impr72ent. <br /> Sec. 11: DELINQUENT ASSESSMENTS - HOW COLT,ECTED: All <br /> assessments or installments thereof becoming delinquent on and after <br /> the eighth day of June, 1911 shall be collected by the city treasur- <br /> er pursuant to this ordinance; all assessments or installments <br /> thereof which become delinquent prior to the eighth day of J'ine, <br /> 1911 shall be entered on the annual tax roll for the current year, <br /> against each lot or parcel so delinquent, and, with the interest and <br /> penalty, be collected as other taxes , a separate account being kept <br /> thereof, and if not paid within the time fixed for the payment of <br /> said taxes , shall be collected as such taxes are collected, together <br /> with such additional charges for penalties as are authorized to be <br /> charged and collectedon other delinquent taxes , and each lot or <br />
