This <br />work element includes: <br /> <br />13.1 BNSF Coordination <br /> Providing any desired assistance to the AGENCY for coordination with BNSF, <br />including but not limited to, right of entry permitting and coordination of flagging <br />services. <br /> Preparation of Plans and Specs packages at 60% and 90% design prepared per BNSF <br />manual for their review. <br /> Assistance to the AGENCY in preparation of the Construction & Maintenance <br />(C&M) agreement with BNSF. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br /> Preparation of design packages at 60% and 90% design for BNSF review. The 90% <br />package is used for the C&M agreement. <br />Right of Entry Permit within five days of receipt. <br />
