June 10, 2026 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />Council Member Zarlingo commented on the Parks and Built Committee meeting held earlier this <br />evening. He also commented on his attendance at the District 5 Town Hall and the Snohomish <br />County Tomorrow Exploratory Committee meeting. <br /> <br />Council Member Rhyne invited the public to attend the Port Gardner and Beverly Park-Pinehurst <br />Neighborhood meetings this coming Monday. She also commented on her attendance at <br />Sorticulture this last weekend and thanked event staff. She also stated she is excited about the <br />FIFA events on the Waterfront. <br /> <br />Council Member Burbano invited the public to attend the Westmont-Holly Neighborhood <br />meeting this coming Saturday and stated he is excited to watch the upcoming FIFA games at local <br />businesses. <br /> <br />Council Member Touhy congratulated the new firefighters. <br /> <br />Council Member Bader commented on his attendance at the Puget Sound Regional Council <br />meeting two weeks ago. <br /> <br />President Schwab stated the Council will meet at 5:30 on June 17 as a committee of the whole <br />to discuss the Charter Review Committee suggestions. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson also stated next week will be the Charter Review <br />committee of the whole discussion. She also stated Pride bus wraps are on four City buses. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney David Hall requested a 10-minute executive session prior to the Council Bill 2606- <br />31 briefing, pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)(iii) with no anticipated Council action to follow. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Bader, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br /> <br />
