-3- <br /> Section 9.- It shall be unlawful for any person as owner <br /> or keeper to permit or suffer any female dog in heat to run at <br /> large, within the City of Everett . <br /> Section 10. It shall be unlawful for the owner or keeper <br /> of any vicious dog, or any dog which habitually runs after or <br /> barks at persons traveling the streets of Everett, to permit or <br /> ij <br /> suffer such dog to run at large, wlether licensed or not. <br /> Section 11.- Any person, shall, upon conviction thereof, <br /> be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ( 100 .00) <br /> or imprisonment in the City Jail not exceeding thirty days, or <br /> to both such fine and imprisonment . <br /> Section 12.- That Ordinance No . 1004, and 1193 of the <br /> City of Everett , and all ordinances in conflict herewith, b,?, and <br /> the same are hereby repealed. <br /> Mayor. <br /> Passed: 1-0 - / ` Z <br /> Approved: 7 -o 2_ ►.
