iy <br /> ORDINANCE NO.X1C) 7 <br /> An ordinance providing for the submission to the voters of <br /> the city of Everett at the election to be held on the 18th day of <br /> June , 1912, a proposed ordinance authorizin_g .and directing the city <br /> council of the city of Everett to secure the necessary data and infor- <br /> mation concerning the available permanent water supplies for said <br /> city, and authorizing said council to determine the most desirable <br /> water supply, and to prepare plans for acquiring such supply, and <br /> to prepare plans for constructing a water system for said city, and <br /> to submit said plan to the voters of said city, and authorizing <br /> said council to make the proper .and necessary appropriation for <br /> securing said data and information. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That a proposed ordinance authorizing and <br /> directing the city council of the city of Everett to secure the <br /> necessary data and information concerning the available permanent <br /> water supplies for said city, and authorizing said council to <br /> determine the most desirable water supply, and to prepare plans for <br /> acquiring such supply, :,,:;.a to prepare plans for constructing a water <br /> system for said city, and to submit said plan to the voters of said <br /> city, and authorizing said council to make the proper and necessary <br /> appropriation for securing said data and information, shall be <br /> submitted to the voters of the city of Everett at the election to <br /> be held on June 18th, 1912. <br /> Sec . 2: Said proposed ordinance shall be as follows: <br /> "Ordinance No. .
