Category 2: Sensitive information <br />Deliverables <br />•Final electronic design files (4 PDFs) prepared for fabrication <br />Sign Fabrication <br />Fabrication possibly completed through Gopher Signs (North Dakota) at an additional cost to <br />the City. <br />Signs will be 2' x 3' metal panels, cantilever-mounted. <br />Project Impact <br />Interpretive signage enriches public spaces by inviting visitors to pause, observe, and learn. <br />For Everett, these signs will: <br />•Highlight stories of natural history and early Northwest industry <br />•Strengthen community identity and pride <br />•Provide educational value for residents, students, and visitors <br />•Enhance the Lowell Riverfront as a destination for recreation and learning <br />Everett’s unique position—between river and bay—offers a wealth of ecological and historical <br />narratives. This project will help bring those stories forward in a clear, engaging, and enduring <br />format. <br />Conclusion <br />Thank you for considering this proposal.
