Scope of Work <br />US 2 Trestle Interim Improvements 14 April 2026 <br />Assumptions <br />Assumptions for this task include: <br /> The City will lead any outreach/communication with public and/or stakeholders. <br /> No public open house (virtual or in-person) is assumed for this project. <br /> Up to four (4) stakeholder/agency coordination meetings are assumed. These meetings <br />could be with other agencies such as Community Transit, Snohomish County and/or City <br />Council or community-based organizations (CBO). <br /> The City will manage and maintain the project website content. <br />Deliverables <br />Deliverables for this subtask include: <br /> Public Involvement Plan <br /> Graphics, material and documentation for website and/or public presentations. <br />Task 07 – Management Reserve <br />Allowance for unforeseen conditions, stakeholder coordination, and other emergent tasks as <br />authorized by the City. The scope and fee for efforts in this task will be limited to the available budget <br />in this task and will be discussed and agreed to by the City and Consultant on an as needed basis.
