June 17, 2026 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />Council Member Tuohy reported on her attendance at a FIFA watch party and advised the July 1 <br />Community Health and Safety Meeting will be cancelled. <br /> <br />President Schwab reported on his attendance at the Pension Policy Commission meeting, and a <br />United Soccer League event seeking owners. <br /> <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION UPDATE <br /> <br />Government Affairs Director Jennifer Gregerson did not have any update. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />Assistant City Attorney Hil Kaman did not have any update. <br /> <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> <br />Moved by Council Member Zarlingo, seconded by Council Member Bader, to approve the <br />following consent items: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8314 authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br />$7,621,238.65 for the period of May 30, 2026, through June 5, 2026. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION - PAYROLL CLAIMS <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8315 authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br />amount of $6,331,092.47 for the period ending June 5, 2026. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – EVERETT POINT INDUSTRIAL CENTER BRIDGE <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with David Evans and <br />Associates, Inc., in the amount of $3,602,534. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE – WEST MARINE VIEW DRIVE AND ALVERSON BLVD PEDESTRIAN <br />IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />To accept the West Marine View Drive and Alverson Boulevard Pedestrian Improvements <br />project as complete and authorize the Mayor to sign the certificate of completion.
