June 17, 2026 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – DREW NIELSEN PARK PLAYGROUND REPLACEMENT <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8316 closing a Special Improvement Project, entitled “Drew Nielsen <br />Park Playground Replacement,” Fund 354, Program 102, as established by Ordinance No. 4075- <br />25. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION – EVERETT FIRE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING MASONRY RESTORATION <br />PROJECT <br /> <br />To adopt Resolution No. 8317 closing a Special Improvement Project, entitled “Everett Fire <br />Administration Building Masonry Restoration Project,” Fund 342, Program 028, as established <br />by Ordinance No. 3662-19. <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT – PGSF WEST MARINE VIEW DRIVE STORM AND COMBINED <br />SEWER <br /> <br />To award the construction contract for the PGSF West Marine View Drive Storm and Combined <br />Sewer, Package 1 Project, to Interwest Construction, Inc., in the amount of $11,637,311. <br /> <br />GRANT – KASCH PARK SOCCER FIELDS TURF REPLACEMENT <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor or her designee to apply for grant funding and execute all necessary <br />documents with respect to the Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office Youth <br />Athletic Facilities (YAF) for Kasch Park Soccer Fields Turf Replacement. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – PGSF WMVD STORM AND COMBINED SEWER <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with KBA, Inc., to provide <br />construction management and inspection services for the PGSF WMVD Storm and Combined <br />Sewer, Package 1 Project, for a total compensation amount not to exceed $2,520,428. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT – US 2/I-5 INTERIM IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />To authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Parametrix, Inc., in <br />the amount of $942,676.24. <br /> <br />CONTRACT AWARD – LIFT STATION NO. 1 VALVE REPLACEMENT AND WPCF CHLORINE <br />CONTACT CHANNEL ISOLATION VALVE REPLACEMENT <br />
