2.FUNDING <br />Challenge Seattle shall provide grant funding to the City in an amount not to exceed <br />$130,000, consisting of: <br />•Challenge Seattle will reimburse the City for the City’s costs for pilot planning, <br />implementation, testing, and evaluation activities in connection with GovStream <br />Contract. The maximum total reimbursement from Challenge Seattle for the pilot <br />phase is $60,000. <br />•Challenge Seattle will reimburse the City for 50% of the City’s costs in connection <br />with the GovStream Contract for the first year of implementation following <br />successful completion of the pilot. The maximum total reimbursement from <br />Challenge Seattle for first year implementation is $70,000. <br />The City will submit requests for reimbursement to Challenge Seattle. The City will provide <br />reasonable backup information as may be requested by Challenge Seattle. Challenge <br />Seattle will deliver reimbursement to the City within 30 days after receipt of a request for <br />reimbursement, <br />3.CITY RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The City shall administer any agreements necessary with vendors associated with the <br />project; provide reasonable staff participation, data access, and operational support; use <br />grant funds solely for purposes consistent with this Grant Agreement; and participate in <br />evaluation and reporting activities. <br />4.REPORTING AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES <br />The parties shall establish baseline metrics and evaluate outcomes, including application <br />completeness, permit resubmissions, customer experience, staff efficiency, and other <br />mutually agreed-upon indicators. <br />5.KNOWLEDGE SHARING <br />Subject to applicable privacy, confidentiality, and security requirements, Challenge <br />Seattle may share aggregated findings, lessons learned, and case studies to support <br />broader government technology and artificial intelligence innovation efforts. <br />6.TERM AND TERMINATION
