This Grant Agreement shall remain in effect through September 30, 2027. If a party <br />breaches this Grant Agreement, the other party may provide written notice the breaching <br />party, and this Grant Agreement will terminate unless the breaching party cures the breach <br />within thirty (30) days after the written notice. <br />7.GENERAL PROVISIONS <br />The parties are independent entities.
