June 15, 2016 <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executive session, under RCW <br /> 42.30.110(1)(i)(c), expected to last no longer than 10 minutes with no <br /> action to follow. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Cheryl Hensley, Everett, spoke about the Police Department arresting <br /> individuals involved in the burglary of a neighbor's home and questioned <br /> the responsibility for personal items left behind by arrestees and the need <br /> to keep residents safe. <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, said she would put someone in contact with <br /> Ms. Hensley regarding this issue. <br /> COUNCIL BRIEFING AGENDA: <br /> Update on Port of Everett public access plans and improvements. <br /> Presented by Les Reardanz, Port of Everett Executive <br /> Director <br /> Council Member Roberts extended his appreciated for the presentation <br /> and a tour he received at the Port. He also stated that the City will be <br /> updating the Shoreline Master Program by 2019 and encouraged having <br /> environmental information for boaters on the waterways. <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to approve the following consent items: <br /> 198 <br />
