She stated she toured the Carnegie Building as a <br /> potential site for transitional housing by Snohomish County. She made a <br /> motion to move the Charter Review Committee's recommendations to the <br /> General Government Subcommittee. <br /> President Murphy brought up a timeline required to ensure <br /> recommendations are on the November ballot. <br /> Council Member Bader seconded the motion. <br /> Considerable discussion ensued. <br /> City Attorney Iles clarified the timeline required in order to get <br /> recommendations on the ballot. <br /> Council Member Bader stated as a part of the City Council Procedures, <br /> the Council President may refer this issue to the Subcommittee without a <br /> vote. President Murphy agreed to send it along to the General <br /> Government Subcommittee as supported by council members. <br /> Council Member Murphy commented on his attendance at the Snohomish <br /> Health District Board meeting on Tuesday and discussed the approval <br /> process for a drug take-back program.
