June 15, 2016 <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — INTERNET / STAFF WEBSITE <br /> DEVELOPMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the <br /> CivicPlus Advantage Contract at an additional cost of $26,350.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — SHORE AVENUE STORM WATER <br /> OUTFALL PROJECT <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order #2 with Thomco <br /> Construction for the Shore Avenue Storm Water Outfall Project in the <br /> amount of $180,238.04, not including Washington State sales tax. <br /> President Murphy questioned whether Washington State sales tax would <br /> be required. It was clarified by Debra Bryant, Administration, that the <br /> agreement will be returned to Council for action if sales tax is required. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT- SMITH ISLAND RESTORATION PROJECT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Moore, to authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with <br /> Snohomish County for the Smith Island Restoration Project in the <br /> amount of $683,900.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 201 <br />
