June 15, 2016 <br /> AGREEMENT — RIVERFRONT DEVELOPMENT-NORTH WETLANDS <br /> COMPLEX PROJECT <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Right-of-Entry Agreement <br /> with the Department of Natural Resources for the Riverfront <br /> Development-North Wetlands Complex Project in the amount of <br /> $500.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT —WATER FILTER PLANT STANDPIPE REPLACEMENT <br /> PROJECT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Franklin, to authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services <br /> Agreement with Gray and Osborne Inc. for the Water Filter Plant <br /> Standpipe Replacement Project in the amount not to exceed <br /> $191,000.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT- EVERETT STATION WATER INTRUSION REPAIR <br /> PROJECT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services <br /> Agreement with OAC Services, Inc. for project management and <br /> construction management functions for the Everett Station Water <br /> Intrusion Repair Project, in the amount of $60,935.00. <br /> 202 <br />
