land surveyor in the state of Washington in accordance with Section 18.28.300 of this <br /> title. <br /> EMC 18.24.040 Final review process and recording. <br /> A. Required Review Process. A final boundary line adjustment shall be reviewed under <br /> Review Process I as defined in Title 15 of this code, as amended. <br /> B. City Approval of Final Boundary Line Adjustments. <br /> 1. The director, consistent with Review Process I as defined in Title 15 of this code, as <br /> amended, shall determine whether the boundary line adjustment proposed for recording <br /> complies with all terms of this title, applicable state laws and all other local ordinances <br /> adopted by the city which were in effect at the time of approval. <br /> 2. If the conditions have been met, the City shall inscribe and execute its written <br /> approval on the face of the boundary line adjustment map. If the city disapproves the <br /> boundary line adjustment, it will be returned to the applicant with reasons for denial and <br /> conditions for compliance. <br /> C. Recording with the Auditor. When the boundary line adjustment proposed for <br /> recording has been signed by the director, and the applicant has complied with all of the <br /> requirements of this title and state law, then the applicant shall record the original <br /> boundary line adjustment map and the original affidavit of ownership with the county <br /> auditor. The applicant will also furnish the city with one reproduced photo copy of the <br /> boundary line adjustment map and the county assessor with two blue line paper copies. <br /> After this has been done and the boundary line adjustment has been properly recorded, <br /> the boundary line adjustment will become valid. The applicant is responsible for <br /> recording the boundary line adjustment and paying all associated recording fees. It shall <br /> be a violation of this title for anyone to record a boundary line adjustment which does not <br /> bear the verification of approval as defined by this title. <br /> BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY SUPERSEDED BY THE PROVISIONS OF <br /> THE CITY'S LOCAL PROJECT REVIEW PROCEDURES ORDINANCE <br /> SECTION 11: Subsection 7(A)(7) of Ordinance No.2328-98 (EMC 18.28.010 G) which <br /> reads as follows: <br /> G. Open Space and On-Site Recreation. The proposed project and design shall meet the <br /> requirements for open space and on-site recreation as defined in Sections 18.28.250 and <br /> 18.28.260 of this chapter; <br /> BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> G. Open Space and On-Site Recreation.
