SECTION 6: That Section 2A (EMC 18.08.010), Section 2B (EMC 18.08.020), Section <br /> 2C (EMC 18.08.030), Section 2D (EMC 18.08.040), Section 2E (EMC 18.08.050), <br /> Section 2F (EMC 18.08.060), Section 2G (EMC 18.08.070) and Section 2H (EMC <br /> 18.08.080) of Ordinance No. 2328-98 which reads as follows: <br /> EMC 18.08.010 Preapplication conference. <br /> Prior to submittal of a subdivision or short subdivision application, an applicant shall <br /> complete a preapplication conference as defined in Title 15 of this code, as amended, <br /> unless a waiver of the preapplication conference is granted by the director. The applicant <br /> is required to submit with the subdivision or short subdivision application a verification <br /> that the preapplication conference has been completed or the preapplication waiver has <br /> been signed by the director or his/her designee. <br /> EMC 18.08.020 Preliminary application submittal requirements. <br /> A. Fees. The applicant shall pay the required fees when submitting the subdivision or <br /> short subdivision application. <br /> B. Application Documents. The city shall provide all the forms and instructions for filing <br /> an application for a subdivision or short subdivision. An application for a subdivision or <br /> short subdivision shall consist of the following minimum information: <br /> 1. City application form with verification that the preapplication conference has been <br /> completed or the waiver has been signed by the director; <br /> 2. Legal description for the property to be subdivided; <br /> 3. Vicinity and assessor's map; <br /> 4. Declaration of ownership form signed by the owner; <br /> 5. A subdivision or short subdivision certificate from a title company which is not older <br /> than thirty days; <br /> 6. Proposed preliminary plat or short plat map; <br /> 7. Proposed supplemental map; <br /> 8. Mailing list of contiguous property owners for short subdivision; mailing list of <br /> adjacent property owners for subdivisions; mailing address must be typed on city form; <br /> 9. Special Studies. Complete and accurate environmentally sensitive area studies, traffic <br /> studies, or other special studies or documents as the city may determine to be necessary <br /> to enable the city to evaluate the applicant's proposal or unique physical features of the <br /> site; <br /> 10. Environmental checklist (SEPA) when required by Chapter 197-11 WAC and <br /> Chapter 20.04 of this code; and <br /> 11. Proposed site development plan map for easement access, panhandle lots, setback <br /> modifications, and lot variances. <br /> C. Requirements for Preliminary Plat or Short Plat Map. A preliminary plat or short plat <br /> map shall be drawn to the specifications as defined in Section 18.08.070 of this chapter <br /> for final plats or short plats. All boundary corners of the proposed project must be shown <br /> as found or set. Upon written approval by the city, the applicant may increase the size of <br /> the preliminary plat or short plat map to twenty-four inches by thirty-six inches. <br /> D. Requirements for Maps Including Supplemental Maps. All supplemental maps must <br /> be a minimum of eighteen inches by twenty-four inches. Upon written approval by the <br /> 4 <br />
