B. Related manufacturing includes asphalt or concrete batch plants, cement products <br /> manufacturing, and other similar activities related to aggregates mining occurring on site. <br /> C. Related manufacturing activities existing as of January 13, 1990 may continue in the <br /> same capacity. Any change in the type of manufacturing activities on such sites which do <br /> not comply with the M-1 zone permitted uses and standards shall be subject to Review <br /> Process III, and shall be limited to the area indicated by map number 27-1. The review <br /> authority shall establish additional standards and may impose conditions which are <br /> necessary to make such manufacturing are as compatible with surrounding properties. <br /> D. Areas reclaimed from aggregates mining shall be limited to other permitted M-1 uses <br /> and subject to the standards of the M-1 zone. <br /> BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Map number 27-1 - Aggregates extraction, related manufacturing activity. <br /> The following regulations shall apply to the area identified by map number 27- 1: <br /> A. Manufacturing activities which comply with the standards of the M-1 zone shall be <br /> permitted. <br /> B. Related manufacturing includes asphalt or concrete batch plants, cement products <br /> manufacturing, and other similar activities related to aggregates mining occurring on site. <br /> C. Related manufacturing activities existing as of January 13, 1990 may continue in the <br /> same capacity. Any change in the type of manufacturing activities on such sites which do <br /> not comply with the M-1 zone permitted uses and standards shall be subject to the review <br /> process as described in the City's Local project Review Procedures Ordinance, and shall <br /> be limited to the area indicated by map number 27-1.
