See Section 41.130 and the City's Local <br /> Project Review Procedures Ordinance . <br /> SECTION 21: That Ordinance No. 1671-89 as amended by Section 1 of Ordinance No. <br /> 2206-97 (EMC 19.30A.020)which reads as follows: <br /> Permitted uses. <br /> The following land uses and uses customarily incidental thereto are permitted within <br /> WRM zone, subject to the review processes listed herein: <br /> 1. Public water supply management and conservation, including storage, treatment, <br /> pumping, and residual solids management; <br /> 2. Hydro-electric power generation; <br /> 3. Forestry management; <br /> 4. Biosolids application; <br /> 5. Public recreation, where allowed; <br /> 6. Wildlife habitat management; <br /> 7. Uses incidental to the above listed uses. <br /> a. Review Process I. Land uses consistent with the applicable management plan adopted <br /> by the city which are below the city's SEPA thresholds for categorical exemptions or <br /> which are exempt from SEPA. <br /> b. Review Process II. Land uses consistent with the applicable management plan adopted <br /> by the city which exceed the city's SEPA (State Environmental Policy Act) ordinance <br /> thresholds for categorical exemptions. <br /> c. Review Process III.
