Assumptions: <br /> The Predesign Report will consist of one draft submittal and one final submittal. <br /> Task 4—Quality Assurance/Quality Control <br /> Objective: Oversee one, in-house, quality assurance/quality control(QA/QC) meeting at <br /> G&O's office for the report. The meeting will include senior project staff, selected <br /> design team members, and Town staff(as required and/or desired). <br /> 1. QA/QC meetings will take place at the following levels: <br /> a. Draft Submittal <br /> PHASE 2: DESIGN <br /> Task 5—Project Management <br /> Objective: Provide overall project management and oversight of the project work by the <br /> Project Manager and senior staff members. <br /> Provide overall project management and oversight services,to include: <br /> 1. Procure sufficient staff resources to dedicate to the project. <br /> 2. Prepare and execute subconsultant agreements. <br /> 3. Manage subconsultant work. <br /> 4. Manage and control project budget and schedule. <br /> 5. Manage and provide monthly progress reports and invoices. <br /> Task 6— Survey <br /> Objective: Obtain utility locates and topographical survey of the selected alternative <br /> reservoir site and water main route. <br /> 1. Obtain utility locates in the area between the access road to the reservoir <br /> and the Plant. <br /> 2. Establish horizontal and vertical control on the City's adopted datum as <br /> available from existing monumentation. If monumentation does not exist <br /> in the area, we will work on an assumed datum and incorporate the Plant <br /> G&O#20164.87 Page 4 of 7 <br />
