5. Gray&Osborne will attend one review meeting at the City for each <br /> submittal (three meetings total). <br /> 6. Obtain applicable permits and completion of the SEPA process, if <br /> applicable. It is anticipated that the Contractor will obtain the final City <br /> Building permit based upon their reservoir design. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> DOH Project Report; Three sets of plans, specifications, and cost estimate at each of the <br /> 60 percent, 90 percent, and Final Design submittals. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> The City will provide their standard contract specifications. The technical specifications <br /> will be provided in a CSI format. Project plans will be 22" x 34" full size. No electrical <br /> power service will be provided to the reservoir site and level monitoring or intrusion <br /> detection will be provided by low voltage from the Plant. <br /> Task 8—Quality Assurance/Quality Control <br /> Objective: Oversee three, in-house, quality assurance/quality control (QAJQC)meetings <br /> at G&O's office during the course of the project. The meetings will include senior <br /> project staff, selected design team members, and City staff(as required and/or desired). <br /> 1. QA/QC meetings will take place at the following levels: <br /> a. 60 Percent Submittal <br /> b. 90 Percent Submittal <br /> c. Final Submittal <br /> 2. Ensure incorporations of relevant recommendations and suggestions into <br /> bid/construction documents resulting from QA/QC reviews. <br /> Task 9— Bid and Award Assistance <br /> Objective: Assist the City in bidding phase of the project including advertisement,prebid <br /> inquiries,bid opening, and recommendation to award. <br /> Gray& Osborne will provide the following bid and award services: <br /> 1.
