One(1) electronic copy half-size drawing sets and one(1)electronic copy of <br /> project specific specifications(specifications to be searchable format pdf). <br /> 4. Final Bid PS&E(100%)—one(1)hard copy full size bid-ready set of the plans <br /> (stamped and signed originals), one(1) electronic copies of half size drawings <br /> (1 1x17) and one(1)electronic copy of project specific specifications. <br /> 5. Electronic versions will be photo/print ready. <br /> 6. Electronic copy in pdf format of engineer's opinion of probable construction <br /> cost estimates as appropriate. <br /> 7. Decision and action item log updates to track City and MSA review <br /> comments, decisions and deliverables. <br /> 8. Written record of franchised utility coordination. <br /> Task 10—Stakeholder Coordination <br /> This task provides for project coordination with the local stakeholders. Anticipated elements <br /> of this task include: <br /> 10.1 Coordination Meetings—Participate in coordination meetings with the Legion Golf <br /> Course Staff and Everett Community College(EvCC)to discuss the project needs <br /> associated with alternatives and conceptual plans. MSA's Project Manager will <br /> develop and distribute a detailed meeting agenda before the meeting, and minutes <br /> after the meeting. <br /> 10.2 Stakeholder Plan Review—Provide submittals, as defined in the previous Task 9,to <br /> the Golf Course staff and/or EvCC as necessary for review comments. Meet with <br /> stakeholders to review plans and receive comments. <br /> 10.3 Public Open House—Assist the City in conducting two (2) open house meetings <br /> (graphic materials,presentation,etc.),at approximately 60%design milestone and <br /> prior to construction,to notify local residents and solicit comments. It is anticipated <br /> that key team members will attend the meeting. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> 1.
