WS DOT's ' <br /> Predetermined List for <br /> Suppliers - Manufactures - Fabricator <br /> Below is a list of potentially prefabricated items, originally furnished by WSDOT to <br /> Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, that may be considered non- <br /> standard and therefore covered by the prevailing wage law, RCW 39.12. Items marked <br /> with an X in the "YES" column should be considered to be non-standard and therefore <br /> covered by RCW 39.12. Items marked with an X in the "NO" column should be <br /> considered to be standard and therefore not covered. Of course, exceptions to this <br /> general list may occur, and in that case shall be evaluated according to the criteria <br /> described in State and L&I's policy statement. <br /> ITEM DESCRIPTION YES NO ' <br /> 1. Metal rectangular frames, solid metal covers, herringbone grates, <br /> and bi-directional vaned grates for Catch Basin <br /> Types 1, 1 L, 1P, and 2 and Concrete Inlets. See Std. Plans <br /> 2. Metal circular frames (rings) and covers, circular grates, <br /> and prefabricated ladders for Manhole Types 1, 2, and 3, <br /> Drywell Types 1, 2, and 3 and Catch Basin Type 2. <br /> See Std. Plans <br /> 3. Prefabricated steel grate supports and welded grates, <br /> metal frames and dual vaned grates, and Type 1, 2, and <br /> 3 structural tubing grates for Drop Inlets. See Std.
