On non-Federal aid projects, requiring the Contractor to reimburse the <br /> 2 Contracting Agency for the costs in excess of straight-time costs for Contracting <br /> 3 Agency representatives who worked during such times. (The Engineer may <br /> 4 require designated representatives to be present during the work. <br /> 5 Representatives who may be deemed necessary by the Engineer include, but <br /> 6 are not limited to: survey crews; personnel from the Contracting Agency's <br /> 7 material testing lab; inspectors; and other Contracting Agency employees or third <br /> 8 party consultants when, in the opinion of the Engineer, such work necessitates <br /> 9 their presence.) <br /> 10 2. Considering the work performed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as <br /> 11 working days with regard to the contract time. <br /> 12 3. Considering multiple work shifts as multiple working days with respect to contract <br /> 13 time even though the multiple shifts occur in a single 24-hour period. <br /> 14 4. If Davis Bacon wage rates apply to this Contract, all requirements must be met <br /> 17 and recorded properly on certified payroll <br /> 18 <br /> 19 <br /> 20 1-08.1 Subcontracting <br /> 21 (July 23, 2015 APWA GSP) <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Delete the eighth paragraph and replace it with the following: <br /> 24 <br /> 25 On all projects funded with federal assistance the Contractor shall submit "Quarterly <br /> 26 Report of Amounts Credited as DBE Participation" (form 422-102 EF) on a quarterly <br /> 27 basis, in which DBE Work is accomplished, for every quarter in which the Contract is <br /> 28 active or upon completion of the project, as appropriate. The quarterly reports are due <br /> 29 on the 20th of April, July, October, and January for the four respective quarters. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 17Q$ ' <br /> 32 Section 1-08.1 is supplemented with the following: <br /> 33 <br /> 34 1w-0 <br /> 35 (October 12, 1998) <br /> 36 Prior to any subcontractor or lower tier subcontractor beginning work, the Contractor <br /> 37 shall submit to the Engineer a certification (WSDOT Form 420-004 EF) that a written <br /> 38 agreement between the Contractor and the subcontractor or between the subcontractor <br /> 39 and any lower tier subcontractor has been executed. This certification shall also <br /> 40 guarantee that these subcontract agreements include all the documents required by the <br /> 41 Special Provision Federal Agency Inspection. <br /> 42 <br /> 43 A Subcontractor or lower tier Subcontractor will not be permitted to perform any work <br /> 44 under the contract until the following documents have been completed and submitted to <br /> 45 the Engineer: <br /> 46 <br /> 47 1.
