On non-Federal aid projects, requiring the Contractor to reimburse the 2 Contracting Agency for the costs in excess of straight-time costs for Contracting 3 Agency representatives who worked during such times. (The Engineer may 4 require designated representatives to be present during the work. 5 Representatives who may be deemed necessary by the Engineer include, but 6 are not limited to: survey crews; personnel from the Contracting Agency's 7 material testing lab; inspectors; and other Contracting Agency employees or third 8 party consultants when, in the opinion of the Engineer, such work necessitates 9 their presence.) 10 2. Considering the work performed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as 11 working days with regard to the contract time. 12 3. Considering multiple work shifts as multiple working days with respect to contract 13 time even though the multiple shifts occur in a single 24-hour period. 14 4. If a 4-10 work schedule is requested and approved the non working day for the 15 week will be charged as a working day. 16 5. If Davis Bacon wage rates apply to this Contract, all requirements must be met 17 and recorded properly on certified payroll 18 19 20 1-08.1 Subcontracting 21 (July 23, 2015 APWA GSP) 22 23 Delete the eighth paragraph and replace it with the following: 24 25 On all projects funded with federal assistance the Contractor shall submit "Quarterly 26 Report of Amounts Credited as DBE Participation" (form 422-102 EF) on a quarterly 27 basis, in which DBE Work is accomplished, for every quarter in which the Contract is 28 active or upon completion of the project, as appropriate. The quarterly reports are due 29 on the 20th of April, July, October, and January for the four respective quarters. 30 31 17Q$ ' 32 Section 1-08.1 is supplemented with the following: 33 34 1w-0 35 (October 12, 1998) 36 Prior to any subcontractor or lower tier subcontractor beginning work, the Contractor 37 shall submit to the Engineer a certification (WSDOT Form 420-004 EF) that a written 38 agreement between the Contractor and the subcontractor or between the subcontractor 39 and any lower tier subcontractor has been executed. This certification shall also 40 guarantee that these subcontract agreements include all the documents required by the 41 Special Provision Federal Agency Inspection. 42 43 A Subcontractor or lower tier Subcontractor will not be permitted to perform any work 44 under the contract until the following documents have been completed and submitted to 45 the Engineer: 46 47 1. Request to Sublet Work (Form 421-012 EF), and HAWTHORNE ELEMENTARY SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL FED AID#SRTS-0420(021); COE#3540 SP-59 March 16,2016
