CITY OF EVERETT SPECIAL PROVISIONS DIVISION 1 - GENERAL REQUIREMENTS ' Supplement Division 1 by adding the following: General Description and Location of Project The Project is in Everett, Washington, and is generally bounded by Grand Avenue to the west, Wetmore Avenue to the east, 19th Street to the south and 14th Street to the north. ' The Work includes, but is not limited to construction of approximately: 706 LF of 10-inch to 12-inch diameter combined sewer; 1,930 LF of 21-inch to 24-inch combined sewer; replacement of over 63 existing side sewers; 3,233 LF of 12-inch to 15-inch diameter storm ' drainage pipe; 3,606 LF of 18-inch to 24-inch storm drainage pipe; including all appurtenances, restoration and other such Work as may be necessary, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Standard Specifications (******) ' All Work under this Contract shall be performed in accordance with the following Specifications except as may be exempted or modified by other sections of these Contract ' Documents. These Specifications are incorporated by reference, made a part of this Contract and shall control and guide all activities within this Project whether referred to directly, paragraph by paragraph. ' WSDOT/APWA "2014 Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction", as amended by the APWA Supplements, hereinafter referred to as the "Standard Specifications." The Standard Specifications, as modified or supplemented by the Amendments to the Standard Specifications and these Special Provisions, all of which are made a part of the Contract Documents, shall govern all of the Work. The following other specifications and standard plans shall apply to the extent to which they are called out in these Plans and ' Special Provisions. 1.
