He suggested that <br /> the city ask for citizen input regarding city services. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO. 1403-13 <br /> FIRST READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving the appropriations of the 2014 revised <br /> city of Everett budget and amending Ordinance No. 3358-13 <br /> Presented by Rae Ann Weighter, Finance <br /> Adopt resolution waiving public bidding requirements, approve sole <br /> source purchase of ESRI GIS software, and authorize the Mayor to <br /> sign an Enterprise License Agreement with Environmental Systems <br /> Research Institute, Inc.
