March 26, 2014 <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — WPCF EXPANSION, PHASE Cl <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Anderson, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the <br /> Water Pollution Control Facility Expansion — Phase C1 General <br /> Contractor/Construction Manager contract with IMCO General <br /> Construction in the form substantially as provided, in the amount of <br /> $29,402,629.00, including Washington State sales tax. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Roberts who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — BOND STREET COMBINED SEWER <br /> OVERFLOW CONTROL FACILITIES <br /> Moved by Council Member Anderson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 5 to the <br /> agreement with the Washington State Department of Ecology for the <br /> Bond Street Combined Sewer Overflow Control Facilities project. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Roberts who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — DISTRACTED DRIVING HIGH VISIBILITY <br /> ENFORCEMENT TRAFFIC SAFETY EMPHASIS PATROLS <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Anderson, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the <br /> Memorandum of Understanding with the Washington Traffic Safety <br /> Commission regarding participation in distracted driving high <br /> 78 <br />
