March 26, 2014 <br /> visibility enforcement traffic safety emphasis patrols in the amount <br /> of$2,500.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Roberts who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED —41ST STREET TO WEST MARINE VIEW <br /> DRIVE FREIGHT MOBILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Moved by Council Member Anderson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, to authorize the Mayor to sign Supplemental Agreement No. <br /> 2 to the Local Agency Standard Consultant Agreement with Perteet <br /> Inc. to extend the completion date to December 31, 2014, for the 41st <br /> Street to West Marine View Drive Freight Mobility Improvements <br /> project. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Roberts who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — NATURAL YARD CARE PUBLIC OUTREACH AND <br /> EVALUTION PROGRAM <br /> Moved by Council Member Gipson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Anderson, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement <br /> with Snohomish County for Natural Yard Care Public Outreach and <br /> Evaluation Program not to exceed $4,922.00. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Member Roberts who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 79 <br />
