All engineering, including but not limited to, cart path construction, bridge structure, pond <br /> headwalls, dams, drainage pipe, roadways, lot plats, etc. <br /> 6. Preparing and coordinating Construction Documents and exhibits for all off-site <br /> improvements are not included in this Scope of Services. <br /> 7. Obtaining any permits, approvals, licenses or consents relating to the project. <br /> 8. Obtaining or supplying funding or financing for the Project. <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES FEE <br /> 1. Sub Consultant fee for the Services described in this Agreement are as follows: <br /> See Exhibit A <br /> 2. Reimbursable Expenses-In addition to the Scope of Services fee, we charge for project <br /> expenses incurred on your behalf. These typically include such items as travel, <br /> photography, telephone charges, video conferencing and reproduction (10% mark-up on <br /> expenses). <br /> 3. Additional Services-Any services that are not defined in this Agreement are compensated <br /> on an hourly basis for the time worked on your behalf. Rates are based on our current <br /> employee rate schedule. <br /> Additional services can include but are not limited to, redesign of work already <br /> approved, major revisions to the program and/or expansion of Scope of services. We <br /> will define the changes, additions or modifications to the Scope, provide an estimate <br /> of costs and request written authorization in advance. <br /> 4.
