Invoice detail will be by work performed but not <br /> categorized by task number. <br /> • The contract will be managed at a total contract amount basis and not by amounts per task. This will <br /> enable flexibility on tasks that take more time versus those that take less time. <br /> • Estimates of hours are based on and dependent on a number of factors including the following: <br /> o History of work on previous projects has shaped this proposal of estimated hours. <br /> o How quickly the City makes decisions. <br /> o How many changes are necessary to documents or processes based on City input. <br /> o What contractors propose,what questions they ask and what contractor is eventually <br /> selected. <br /> GC/CM CONTINGENCY FEE(IF REQUIRED) <br /> Additional service that may be needed based upon any issues that surface during the GC/CM process as <br /> approved only in writing and signed by an authorized City representative. <br /> TOTAL GC/CM CONTINENCY FEE $10,000.00 <br /> TOTAL ESTIMATED FEE $80,650.00 <br /> Page lof1 <br />
