(formerly Everett Cablevision, Inc.) <br /> On March 5, 2002, Comcast of Everett, Inc. (formerly Everett Cablevision, Inc.) ("Franchisee") <br /> requested consent from the City of Everett to a change in control of Franchisee from AT&T <br /> Corp. to AT&T Comcast Corporation. On May 22, 2002, the City Council passed Ordinance No. <br /> 2610-02 consenting to the change of control. <br /> We are pleased to advise the City that the closing of the transaction occurred on November 18, <br /> 2002.
