7.3 Records Required <br /> (A) Grantee shall at all times maintain, and shall furnish to the City upon request: <br /> (1) A complete set of up-to-date and detailed route maps in an electronic format <br /> showing the location of all Cable System equipment and facilities in the Right-of-Way, but <br /> excluding details on proprietary electronics contained therein and Subscriber drops. As- <br /> built maps including proprietary electronics shall be available at Grantee's offices for <br /> inspection by the City's authorized representative(s) or agent(s) and will be made available <br /> during the course of technical inspections as reasonably conducted by the City. These maps <br /> shall be certified as accurate by an appropriate representative of the Grantee; <br /> (2) A copy of all FCC filings on behalf of Grantee or its Affiliates which relate <br /> to the operation of the Cable System in the City; <br /> (3) A log of Cable Services added or dropped, Channel changes, number of <br /> Subscribers, all construction activity, and total homes passed for the previous twelve (12) <br /> months; and <br /> (4) A list of current Cable Services,rates and the Channel line-up. <br /> (B) Subject to subsection7.2 Confidentiality, all information furnished to the City <br /> is public information, and shall be treated as such, except for information involving the privacy <br /> rights of individual Subscribers. <br /> 7.4 Annual Reports <br /> Within ninety(90) days after the end of the calendar year, Grantee shall submit to the City a <br /> written report,which shall include,but not necessarily be limited to,the following information: <br /> (A) A Gross Revenue statement for the preceding year and all deductions and <br /> computations for the period, and such statement shall be reviewed by a certified public accountant, <br /> who may also be the chief financial officer or controller of Grantee,prior to submission to the City. <br /> (B) A summary of the previous year's activities in the development of the Cable System, <br /> including, but not limited to, beginning and ending plant miles, any technological changes <br /> occurring in the Cable System and the number of Subscribers for each class of Cable Service (i.e., <br /> Basic, Expanded Basic Service, and Premium); <br /> (C) A description of planned construction,if any, for the current year; and <br /> (D) An executive summary of Subscriber complaints received in the previous year. <br /> Page 26 of 58 <br />
