7.5 Copies of Federal and State Reports <br /> Upon request, Grantee shall submit to the City copies of all pleadings, applications, <br /> notifications, communications and documents of any kind, submitted by Grantee or its Affiliates, to <br /> any federal, State or local courts, regulatory agencies and other governmental bodies if such <br /> documents directly relate to the operations of Grantee's Cable System within the City. Grantee <br /> shall not claim confidential,privileged or proprietary rights to such documents unless under federal, <br /> State, or local law such documents have been determined to be confidential by a court of competent <br /> jurisdiction, or a federal or State agency. <br /> 7.6 Complaint File and Reports <br /> Grantee shall keep an accurate and comprehensive record of any and all complaints <br /> regarding the Cable System, in a manner consistent with the privacy rights of Subscribers, and <br /> Grantee's actions in response to those complaints. <br /> Grantee shall provide the City such other information as is reasonably requested by the City <br /> which is necessary for the enforcement of the Franchise and/or Customer Service Standards, <br /> provided that Grantee is given thirty(30) days prior written notice of such request. <br /> 7.7 Failure to Report <br /> The failure or neglect of Grantee to file any of the reports or filings required under this <br /> Franchise or such other reports as the City may reasonably request (not including errors made in <br /> good faith),may, at the City's option,be deemed a breach of this Franchise. <br /> 7.8 False Statements <br /> Any false or misleading statement or representation in any report required by this Franchise <br /> (not including clerical errors or errors made in good faith) may be deemed a material breach of this <br /> Franchise and may subject Grantee to all remedies, legal or equitable, which are available to the <br /> City under this Franchise or otherwise. <br /> SECTION 8. PROGRAMMING <br /> 8.1 Broad Programming Categories <br /> Grantee shall provide at least the following initial broad categories of programming to the <br /> extent such categories are reasonably available: <br /> (A) Educational programming; <br /> (B) News,weather and information; <br /> (C) Sports; <br /> Page 27 of 58 <br />
