I I The Contractor is responsible for determining final quantities of providing plant material to complete the Plans as shown. The Contractor shall coordinate with the Engineer the final location for all plant materials prior to site delivery. The Contractor shall neither deliver to the site nor install planting materials until authorized by the Engineer. The Engineer shall reserve the option of selecting and reviewing plant material at the nursery. The Contractor shall provide the Engineer with at least one week notice prior to preparing plants for shipping. Field adjustments for plant layout shall be approved by the Engineer prior to installation. 8-02.4 page 115 is revised as follows: Measurement Section 8-02.4 is supplemented with the following: "PSIPE, 1 gallon" will be measured per each (PSIPE is Plant Selection Including Plant Establishment.) "PSIPE, Live stake" will be measured per each. Plantings shall be measured as lump sum. Section 8-02.5 page 115 is revised as follows: Payment Section 8-02.5 is supplemented with the following: (******) ' Payment will be made in accordance with Section 1-04.1 for the following bid items: "Planting," per lump sum. The contract price for "Planting" shall be full pay for all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to install plant material in the limits of work and elsewhere on the site including all costs for the labor, supplies, equipment, and materials needed to furnish PSIPE container plants, live stakes, or other plant material. The contract price for "Planting" shall be full compensation for all labor tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for weed control, preparing work plans, updating schedules, providing traffic control, planting installation and establishment, irrigation, planting area preparation, fine grading, raking, planting, cultivating, plant storage and protection, fertilizer and root dip, staking, cleanup, and water necessary to complete planting operations.
