1 Payment <br /> 2 <br /> 3 Section 8-01.5 is supplemented with the following: <br /> 4 <br /> 5 (April 6, 2015) , <br /> 6 "Erosion Control and Water Pollution Prevention", lump sum. <br /> 7 The lump sum Contract price for "Erosion Control and Water Pollution Prevention" shall be <br /> 8 full payment to perform the Work. Progress payments for the lump sum item "Erosion ' <br /> 9 Control and Water Pollution Prevention" will be made as follows: <br /> 10 <br /> 11 1. The Contracting Agency will pay 25 percent of the bid amount for the initial set up <br /> 12 for the item. Initial set up includes the following: <br /> 13 <br /> 14 a. Initial installation of BMP's associated with sensitive areas delineation, <br /> 22 clearing/grubbing and perimeter control. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 2.
