I 1 Provide: Furnish and install, complete in place. 2 Punch List: List of incomplete items of Work and of items of Work that do not conform 3 to the requirements of the Contract Documents. The Punch List is prepared after 4 Substantial Completion. 5 RCW: Means the Revised Code of Washington 6 Schedule of Values: Allocation of Contract Sum to items of Work as provided in 7 section 1-09.3(3)(A) Schedule of Values. 8 Shall: Required conduct. 9 Shown: Refers to information presented on the drawings, with or without reference to 10 the drawings. 11 Specifications: Includes 2008 WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications, all 12 amendments herein, and all other specifications in this contract. 13 Specify: Refers to information described, shown, noted or presented in any manner in 14 any part of the Contract. 15 Submittals: The information required by the Contract Documents provided by 16 Contractor to the Owner's Representative or Owner. 17 Total Float: The amount of time any given activity or path of activities may be delayed I 18 before it will affect the Completion Date. 19 Traffic: Both vehicular and non-vehicular traffic, such as pedestrians, bicyclists, 20 wheelchairs, and equestrian traffic. 21 Unabsorbed Overhead: The reduction or loss of contribution to recovery of the 22 Contractor's Overhead costs realized by the result of reduced Project and/or Contractor 23 billings due to any reason whatsoever, including a Project Extension. 24 Unit Price Work: Refers to items of Work identified by unit prices in the bid or proposal 25 form.
