I <br /> I <br /> Section 2-08.3(1) Special Excavation Plan page 106 is supplemented with paragraph 9 as <br /> follows: <br /> 9. Ditch Block <br /> Import and place materials suitable to provide temporary construction access to the <br /> channel excavation and habitat berm area as shown on the Plans. Remove <br /> imported materials and restore access area upon completion. Native soil material <br /> (onsite sourced suitable material) shall be placed and shaped using an excavator <br /> bucket so that it plugs the existing ditch and conforms to the lines and grades shown <br /> on the plans. <br /> I <br /> Section 2-08.5 pages 106-107 is supplemented with the following: <br /> Payment <br /> "Initial Fish Exclusion", by Force Account a provided in Section 1-09.6.
