Channel and Breach Excavation <br /> Contractor shall contract for services for initial fish removal with a person or persons <br /> who have demonstrated successful similar experience and have implemented <br /> WSDOT Fish Exclusion Protocols and Standards within the last 3 years. <br /> Qualifications of personnel identified for fish removal shall be submitted to the Owner <br /> ' as part of the Contractor's Fish Exclusion Protocol Plan for review and approval. <br /> Subsequent fish removal shall be the responsibility of the Contractor and be <br /> performed in accordance with the Contractor's Fish Exclusion Protocol Plan. <br /> I <br /> 3 <br />
