I <br /> 1 Premises/Operations Liability <br /> 2 Products/Completed Operations — for a period of one year following final <br /> 3 acceptance of the work. <br /> 4 Personal/Advertising Injury <br /> 5 Contractual Liability <br /> 6 Independent Contractors Liability <br /> 7 Stop Gap / Employers' Liability <br /> 8 Explosion, Collapse, or Underground Property Damage (XCU) <br /> 9 Blasting (only required when the Contractor's work under this Contract includes <br /> 10 exposures to which this specified coverage responds) <br /> I 11 Such policy must provide the following minimum limits: <br /> $2,000,000 Each Occurrence <br /> $4,000,000 General Aggregate <br /> $2,000,000 Products & Completed Operations Aggregate <br /> I $1,000,000 Personal &Advertising Injury, each offence <br /> 12 Stop Gap/ Employers' Liability <br /> I $1,000,000 <br /> $1,000,000 Each Accident <br /> Disease - Policy Limit <br /> $1,000,000 Disease - Each Employee <br /> I13 <br /> 14 1-07.18(5)B Automobile Liability <br /> 15 Automobile Liability for owned, non-owned, hired, and leased vehicles, with an MCS 90 <br /> 16 endorsement and a CA 9948 endorsement attached if "pollutants" are to be transported. <br /> 17 Such policy(ies) must provide the following minimum limit: <br /> I $2,000,000 combined single limit <br /> 18 1-07.18(5)C Workers' Compensation <br /> 19 The Contractor shall comply with Workers' Compensation coverage as required by the <br /> I20 Industrial Insurance laws of the state of Washington. <br /> 21 1-07.18(5iD Coverage for Working On, Ove, or Naar Navigable Waters <br /> 22 If contract involves work on or adjacent to navigable water, as defined by the U.S. <br /> 23 Department of Labor, then the Contractor shall provide proof of insurance coverage in <br /> 24 compliance with the statutory requirements of the U.S. Longshore and Harbor Workers' <br /> 25 Compensation Act (administered by the U.S. Department of Labor). <br /> 26 <br /> 27 If the Contractor is working from barges or any other watercraft, owned or non-owned, <br /> 28 the Contractor must maintain Protection and Indemnity (P&I) insurance providing <br /> 29 coverage for actions of the crew to third parties to the same limits stated under Section <br /> 30 1-07.18(5)A for Commercial General Liability Insurance. The Contractor must also <br /> 31 provide proof of insurance coverage in compliance with the statutory requirements of <br /> 11 32 the Merchant Marine Act of 1920 (the "Jones Act"). <br /> 33 1-07.18(5)F Excess or Umbrella Liability <br /> 34 The Contractor shall provide Excess or Umbrella Liability coverage at limits of <br /> 35 $1,000,000 per occurrence and annual aggregate. This excess or umbrella liability <br /> 36 coverage shall apply, at a minimum, to both the Commercial General and Auto insurance <br /> 37 policy coverage. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 This requirement may be satisfied instead through the Contractor's primary Commercial <br /> 40 General and Automobile Liability coverage, or any combination thereof. <br /> I <br /> IRIVERFRONT DEVELOPMENT NORTH WETLAND COMPLEX 51 <br />
