Measurement by the Ton: Where items are specified to be paid for by the ton it will <br /> I <br /> 29 be the Contractor's responsibility to see that a certified weight ticket is given to the <br /> 30 inspector on the project at the time of delivery of materials for each truckload <br /> 31 delivered. Pay quantities will be prepared on the basis of said tally tickets, delivered <br /> 32 to the inspector at time of delivery of materials. Tickets not received by inspector on <br /> I <br /> 33 day of delivery will not be honored for payment. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 B. Lump Sum Breakdown: The Contractor shall, within 10 days of receipt of notice to <br /> I <br /> 36 proceed, submit a complete breakdown of all lump sum bid items showing the value <br /> 37 assigned to each part of the work including an allowance for profit and overhead. <br /> 38 Upon acceptance of the breakdown of the contract price by the Engineer, it shall be <br /> I <br /> 39 used as the basis for all requests for payment. <br /> I <br /> RIVERFRONT DEVELOPMENT NORTH WETLAND COMPLEX 72 <br /> I <br />
