Modifications: <br /> 1. These Supplementary Conditions modify Document 007213 - General Conditions and <br /> other provisions of the Contract Documents as indicated below. <br /> 2. All provisions not modified remain in full force. <br /> B. The terms used in these Supplementary Conditions, which are defined in Document 007213, <br /> have the meanings assigned to them in the General Conditions. <br /> 1.2ARTICLE 1)GENERAL INF <br /> ( RMATION O <br /> 1 A. (Subparagraph 1.1)Definitions of Words and Terms <br /> Add following Subparagraphs: <br /> 1. (Subparagraph 1.1.A.62) Property Owner: Port of Everett, Washington. "Port" and <br /> "Property Owner"mean the same. <br /> 1.3 (ARTICLE 4) CONTRACTOR <br /> Add following Subparagraphs: <br /> A. (Subparagraph 4.19) Security Roster <br /> 1. This work will be performed in a restricted area, therefore the contracting party shall <br /> provide and maintain a Security Roster, in an electronic format as a requirement of this <br /> project. The roster shall include a list of names of all individuals who will be on site on <br /> behalf of the contractor on a daily or occasional basis and the company that they <br /> represent. All personnel entering the restricted area shall be required to show photo ID at <br /> the entrance gate at 2902 Terminal Ave. Everett, WA. A driver's license, passport or <br /> similar government issued identification will be required at each time of Port entry. <br /> Vehicles will be subject to screening,parking restrictions,and/or removal from the Port if <br /> warranted. Any individuals not in possession of a TWIC card must be accompanied by a <br /> TWIC escort. All staff and related business personnel shall carry photo ID when on Port <br /> property at all times. This roster shall be made available to federal agencies upon request. <br /> 2. PORT construction project managers are required to obtain Sensitive Security <br /> Information (SSI) documents for specific projects. Port construction managers will <br /> provide original documents to the PORT Facility Security Officer (FSO) and will <br /> maintain an active project file copy for their project need purposes. Originals will be <br /> signed in blue ink and kept on file in the FSO office. <br /> 3. Confidential information for security purposes once provided by the CONTRACTOR, <br /> subcontractors and related personnel will be properly removed from internal PORT files <br /> as a component of the project completion.
