Submission of list of Subcontractors, list of products, schedule of values, and Progress <br /> Schedule. <br /> 5. Designation of personnel representing parties in Contract, and Engineer. <br /> 6. Communication procedures. <br /> 7. Procedures and processing of requests for interpretations, field decisions, field orders, <br /> submittals, substitutions, Applications for Payments, proposal request, Change Orders, <br /> and Contract closeout procedures. <br /> 8. Scheduling. <br /> 9. Critical Work sequencing. <br /> 10. Scheduling activities of Geotechnical Engineer. <br /> D. Engineer: Record minutes and distribute copies to participants within two days after meeting, <br /> with electronic copies to Contractor, City, Property Owner and those affected by decisions <br /> made. <br /> 1.4 SITE MOBILIZATION MEETING I <br /> A. City will schedule meeting at Project Site prior to Contractor occupancy. City presides over <br /> meeting. <br /> B. Attendance Required: Engineer, City, Property Owner, Contractor, and Contractor's <br /> Superintendent,and Special Consultants. <br /> C. Minimum Agenda: <br /> 1.
